CANCELLATION POLICY
**CANCELLATION POLICY** To provide the best experience for all guests, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Appointments canceled or rescheduled outside of the required notice period, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), are subject to a **60% cancellation fee** of the scheduled service(s). This policy allows me to better accommodate other guests and helps protect the time reserved specifically for your appointment.
